A mod for Pokémon FireRed Version
Pokemon GS Chronicles is a game modded from Pokemon Fire Red, taking the story from Heart Gold/Soul Silver, and changing a few things about it. Pokemon have been added, as have typing's, moves, and Mega Evolution. Take the original story from HGSS and expand on it, find that your rivals are much more in depth than they were, and travel your way through Johto earning badges from gym leaders that actually have Strategies this time and make your way to the first ever Johto Pokemon League. On your way you'll have to catch many Pokemon and stop Team Rocket though! If you want an extra challenge, you will be given the option to randomize your file as well. Good Luck!

It was an enjoyable ROM hack. Can't give it much higher due to the bugs that hindered the experience, including one that resulted me having to restart my whole save file.
Already very nice game even though it's just in beta !
Pro :
- Everything that doesn't make sense or that are common noob traps in pokémon are removed in this. It's a game with no added difficulty for experienced players, faithful to the original, a great game for anyone that isn't a pokémon expert but wants to play something yet more modern than the old games (yes, they are more than 10 years old, they are old i know I can also feel my bones wither....)

-Slight understanding problems in the story that had me check the walkthrough once or twice but as I said, the game is in beta and I had to check only twice, nothing crazy.

Lo estaba jugando en consola virtual y un bug hace que se me quede la pantalla en negro. Lo intentaré en emulador de aquí a un tiempo.
Basically Heart Gold/Soul Silver made under the GBA engine, graphics from the DS Generation and the sound font transitioned very well. Kanto is not available to revisit, but the Johto region was made to be more complete. Wide variety of Pokemon fron Gen 1-4, more options for Dark types, while Fairy types are also included. Still some bugs in the game, which unfortunately may not be resolved anytime soon.

Such a great hack! A remix of the G/S/C storyline with some of the coolest added features you could ask for as well as a more challenging experience overall. Few bugs here and there (some game breaking if you have the wrong version), but overall really well done. Can't compliment the team enough!
