Certainly better than anything TPCI has made in the last 5 years. It's pretty fun when you're not being screwed over by bad RNG, Pokémon with reviver seeds, and i fucking hate the gacha mechanic. But other than that, It’s really fun.

This game is an awesome twist on Pokemon. I don't understand why half the reviews aren't positive? Like sure I know people have tastes but it really just sounds like the people that don't like it just don't like roguelikes. It has brought me lots of joy and taught me a lot about strategy in Pokemon. I'm sure I'll be playing this for a long time.

This game reminded me that Roguelikes at their very core suck ass and are completely unreplayable unless you're an amnesiac

Interesting new spin on the Pokémon genre, and it’s free to play

Has potential but a little too repetitive and I'm not really a fan of the current implementation of held items

It's fairly fun, it's one those roguelikes where runs take awhile like in some cases well over an hour so when something goes wrong, whether it be your fault or not it can get rather deflating after awhile and makes it hard to want to actually finish a run.
