Psyvariar 2: The Will to Fabricate (サイヴァリア2: THE WILL TO FABRICATE?) is a vertically scrolling shoot 'em up developed by SKONEC Entertainment and distributed by Success. It is the sequel to the 2000 title, Psyvariar. The game was initially developed for the Sega NAOMI arcade platform, and was released in Japanese arcades in November 2003. A Dreamcast version was released on February 26, 2004, and ports to both the PlayStation 2 and Xbox were released later that year.

One of the most unique shmups ever!
So I guess the people who made this really liked Ikaruga/Radiant Silvergun because it seriously has that vibe going for it. Like the font, and the way the game progresses...even the first boss dies the exact same way as the Butsutekkai boss from Ikaruga. Heh. Fun shmup, play it.

It may seem as too little and inconsequential, but it demonstrates some unique and amazing mechanics and visuals. The leveling system is really smart, pushing you to move near the bullets and fight near death all the time!
The colors and backgrounds in display are something else. So vibrant and delightful
