Honestly not a bad game for a quick throwaround as its fast, frantic and absolutely a blast in short bursts which honestly made it perfect for its Vita port.

On the PC its a little more difficult to love but its still a rather fun, if shallow little affair with a decent amount of stuff to unlock.

I don't have a good memory of it. I feel it in my guts it's trash

In its current single-developer scale, the space shooter is rich content-wise. The set of enemies are varied, the bosses are notably distinct and the space environment are peculiar eye-candy as well as treacherous, considering the random elements being thrown in between sessions.

The ship functions are pretty unclear and you'll have to figure out some of your ship's abilities (besides the tutorial or library explaining), as well as your enemies behaviour. You can spend the star points you collect during playthrough's on your ship's stats and unlock special perks when maximized (which comes with disadvantage as well, making you consider your playstyle).

There are many modes to play in this game, including Retro mode with changes graphic and gaming style to old, retro-style and forward when you jump into wormholes, which is refreshing and fun. Oh, and did I mention the graphics and effects are flashy, sometimes spooky in a cosmic way?

My favorite steam review of all time is of this game and I am going to present it below in full:

we all knew the sky was really big...

but did you know it was THIS BIG??? (793 MB)

Absolute kusoge. Some of the worst controls I've played in a shmup, shitty roguelike elements that are there for no good reason, extremely underwhelming shooting, unbalanced difficulty that ranges from completely brainless to out of nowhere instakills, and the most annoying "tee hee hee I'm a posh fancy british man" voiceover I've ever seen.
