Finished main game; quit maybe half a dozen hours into the postgame.
Having several hundred creatures with unique, synergistic passive abilities makes teambuilding incredibly fun, but everything else is an exercise in tedium. Exploration is procgen, and not even good procgen—every area feels more or less the same; you just sprint around the map mashing A to interact with everything. There's no sense of strategy. Itemization suffers from a plethora of mediocre and fragmentary items: you'll open a chest and get 1/3 of an item you can use to apply a trait to a monster, 1/5 of a spell gem recipe, and so on. Battles are unremarkable.
