I tend to be of the mind that the influx of cozy games in recent years is mostly full of half-baked attempts at the impossible task of replicating the feeling of Animal Crossing; something not even worth attempting as an indie studio. Shining among the cottagecore farming sims however, are games like A Short Hike, Lil Gator Game, and yes, Smushi Come Home. Games that understand and make the most of their scope, while capturing the feeling of being on a fun little adventure.
Smushi Come Home isn't long, but my time spent with it was polished and well worth it. The characters are goofy, the levels are fun to explore, and small details like dynamic music don't go unnoticed. Definitely worth showing to non-gamers as well. My only gripe is the asking price, but that's what Steam sales are for. :)

Very cute little platformer with some collecting items quests. It's quite short though so probably get on sale.
Loved the cute artstyle and the relaxing music. All the characters was wonderful and the dialogue was cutely written. Definitely recommend anyone tries if they like super casual games. This is not difficult at all.
