Starseed Pilgrim is a puzzle game where the player adds blocks with different proporties to each other, trying to get as far as possible as the blocks disappear.

I played this after Jonathan Blow tweeted about it.
Starseed Pilgrim let's you figure it out. I wasn't motivated to finish each world, but the core gameplay loop was really engaging and gave me a unique gaming memory.
There's no story. Just metaphor. It's a little pretentious, yet demands snappy decision making like Tetris would, alongside a weird blend of puzzle solving and platforming.

The most impenetrable game I've ever played; I forced myself to smash my head against the wall until I had at least a basic understanding of the mechanics, but after staring at level one for over an hour I still had absolutely no clue what my objective was. I don't mind an esoteric game where you have to figure things out for yourself, I enjoyed Antichamber and Understand, but this is on a whole level I cannot and do not care to deal with.
