Simple but fun shmup mechanics combined with Showa era aesthetics. If you dig that combo then this one is for you. Steam usually has it super cheap, so it's a no brainer.
It's another basic indie shmup without much to differentiate it from its peers. Being able to combine with other ships is a decent enough gimmick but it's ultimately just another way of granting powerups. I enjoyed the old school anime style of this one but beyond that I didn't find it memorable.
This game has potentially lethal levels of SOUL. If you're a fan of old school mecha and/or looking for a cheap, arcadey shoot-em-up, definitely worth giving this a shot.
The character dialogues when you keep using their modules for the entire first 5 stages is a really nice detail since what they say is just like it would happen if this actually were a 70's anime.
Neat game, Super Hard mode is a bit bullshit on the last stage tho.
