The most critically acclaimed, one-handed, clumsy, bumbling, surgery simulation game has now arrived on PS4! Players use their controllers to operate one of Doctor Nigel Burke’s flailing arms, in an attempt to perform life-saving surgery on his peaceful and trusting patient, Bob. Surgeon Simulator is less about being good at surgery and more about creating absolute chaos in the operating room. The controls are intentionally ridiculous, so you're practically guaranteed to drop lungs, smash ribs, and generally butcher your poor patient. It's hilarious for a while (especially with a friend in co-op!), but gets old pretty fast. If you go in expecting a goofy, frustrating time, it's a few laughs, but don't expect a serious medical sim.

Raging, but fun (specially in coop)

I love unintuitive control schemes.

Also, the music for this game is full of unironic bangers, with the guy on guitar actually losing his mind shredding it.

Surprisingly fun despite the unintuitive controls that require some getting used to.
What I didn't enjoy, at least when going for A++ rankings, was the randomness of the corridor surgeries (sometimes you'll be waiting a long time for the required tools, and you cannot do anything but wait), and the ambulance. Fuck that driver.

Not playing this again, I just wanted to try it
