Sheer gaming bliss. Before XCOM, there was Syndicate, a ground-breaking real-time strategy exploration of what it means to be a complete global bastard.

Become the head of a sinister corporation and kidnap people to turn into super cyborg assassins, tooling them up with advanced weaponry, performing missions all over the world.

The isometric view and tiny sprites, not to mention the diffculty curve and initial new game confusion might be off-putting to many, but I urge you to stick with it and start exploring. The sheer serotonin high of beating a difficult mission with all your men still alive is worth the price of admission. Like Lemmings with added sniper rifles.
