A 7th version of Shiny Festa, just what we needed...

The Idolmaster: Shiny TV is a HD remaster of the Shiny Festa trilogy in a single package- Just kidding, it's a DLC-Ridden mess that only comes with one song when installed.

This one is kinda obscure, it was available in the IM@S Channel software of PS3 where you could buy 12 DLC packs each featuring 5 songs from the Shiny Festa Trilogy, I'm not sure if it's worse or better than buying a 50$ game with only one-third of the songs or a game where you have a total 18,000 yen worth of DLCs to buy which rounds up to 130$~, pick your poison.

Honestly it's hard to tell which of the 2 is better, on one hand you have all songs in one place with high-quality version of the music video (Yes it's still not rendered via the console again) but at the same time you miss features from the original like the Idol Rank and the Star of Festa mode, I know I previously said they sucked but it doesn't mean I want less content in the game...
However, they did replace Star of Festa Mode with something else called SHINY@TV which is pretty much extra challenge based on the character and song from said DLC pack, it's fine extra content which isn't really interesting but it's better than nothing.

I guess now that most PS3 media are kinda free to download, this is a much better deal than just playing the PSP originals (Or iOS versions).
