The Pagemaster (Game Boy) is a side-scrolling platformer based on the 1994 movie. While it boasts colorful visuals for its era, the gameplay is plagued by frustrating controls, overly difficult level design, and a short playtime. Diehard fans of the film might find some nostalgic appeal, but most players will struggle with unresponsive jumps, awkward combat, and a general lack of polish.
i don't think this game is very good, but i don't remember it very well. but nevertheless i know i played through it.
This game has less color in it than modern call of duty maps

Recently found it after 15+ years of wondering what game it was.

My memories of it feel kinda boring in hindsight, but i remember playing it quite a lot.

One time, this game glitched and I beat it in about 10 minutes. My brother couldn’t believe it. 😂 I’ve done it legit too. Think I had a lot more fun with it as a kid but it wasn’t a good game. One of those games you probably want to give a try but not pick up again after playing it once. Give Macaulay Culkin’s “now Macaulay Macaulay Culkin Culkin“ game a chance!

"There are two more Cheat flags that may be enabled. Enable the Cheat flags menu first, do not set any cheat flags, then at the main menu input two more codes: Down, Down, Right, Up, Left, Left, Down, Right and Up, Up, Left, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left. After each sequence the sound will be heard. First one changes the bonus game dangerous falling objects into Fergus McGovern's (the founder of Probe software itself) face, similar to the Genesis version of Mortal Kombat II. The second one turns the main character in the bonus game into a penis, for some reason."
