The Sims 2: Open for Business is the third expansion pack for The Sims 2, where you'll get to design your own clothing boutique, beauty salon, florist, high-end electronics shop, bustling restaurant chain, or virtually any other type of business. Hire your staff as the business grows and put talented Sims to work making toys, running the register, crafting floral bouquets, giving sales pitches, or manufacturing robots. But watch out for slacker employees and be prepared to fire them on the spot. Will you build a thriving business empire or become an eccentric entrepreneur designing the next big thing?

Really unique expansion pack that does something the OG packs didn't.

you should be able to have a restaurant in your house like bob’s burgers

Three for three on Sims 2 expansions packs soo far, with the fantastic Open for Business pack. A pack that is just really really fun, adding the ability for your sims to open a business, sell items, and make money. A concept that by itself would have been amazing, but the way this pack was integrated with the base game is what made it amazing. With sims skills now being useful by means of talents, and the "stations" that come with. Particularly with not only talents/skills that contribute to a sims abilities to sell items though registers of sale; but skills related to crafting sellable items, such as toys or robots. With robots being extremely useful for means as companions or, even better, servants. Not to mention the in-depth interaction that come with being the owner of a business, making this one of the greatest Sims expansions up to this date.
