Amazingly not the worst game ever made, but it's close.

Imagine Mad Dog McCree, but with shockingly awful rotoscoped cartoon graphics, abysmal (deliberately bad?) voice acting, and only the barest fraction of gameplay. It gets a star because it is so freakishly terrible it becomes hilarious.
