The TurboGrafx-16 Mini, also known as the PC Engine CoreGrafx Mini in Europe, is a dedicated home video game console by Konami modeled on NEC's TurboGrafx-16, which was designed by Hudson Soft, a video game developer which Konami acquired in 2012. The Mini emulates the original console's 8-bit hardware.

I pre-ordered this surprisingly-huge-for-supposedly-being-mini console for just over $100, and it was worth it just for the amazing shmups. The vast majority of the games in this mini range from amazing to good, which really goes to show how great the Turbografx and PC Engine's library really was.
Based on a short look at each of them, I decided to rank these games on a series of Twitch streams. Here's the top 10:
