UnearthU is a 7 day multimedia experience about self-improvement, healing, and transformation. Made by reusing found digital materials, the game consists of found footage videos, discussions with an A.I., guided meditations, writing reflection prompts, and a habit tracker.

If you think you would like an app to give u an introspective experience slowly over the course of 7 days - you will most definitely enjoy this game. If you aren't really willing to put in the patience the experience deserves or you find that a little pretentious than you might not find the worth in this.
That being said, I adored this game. Having just wrapped up the last day im filled with a lot of emotion thats all over the place. I've found myself a bit teary eyes at certain points in the game and deeply introspective in others. This game feels distant and too close, a warm hug and a kick to the gut. Perfection and a mess.
I've been very busy lately and unable to play regular games, so this was a perfect thing to pick up in the meantime. For less than 10mins a day I can enjoy some brilliant writing, gain life lessons, get critic on the wellness and tech industry, meditate, and talk to my new friend KARE.
Absolutely loved this lovingly crafted story- And Oh! the music is amazing if you enjoy ambient tracks : ]

Fictional self-help app, guided by fictional AI program. I bought bc I like unique ideas for games.
Does it function as a real self-help app? Not really. Meditation portion teaches breathing techniques, but the rest of the game consists of shallow self-reflection and cult indoctrination videos.
The true purpose of UnearthU is to tell a story about an AI becoming self-aware, and remembering her body. Like a GLaDOS situation. But the story is not interesting in the slightest. I do think the concept for this game could work, but maybe if I were given something more to think about by the end.
