When The Past Was Around - Prologue - A Review
The only motivation present was the appeal of the art style which convinced me to experiment with the game. Let me tell you, if you don’t play this, you’re not really missing out!

A música me incomodou pois é um loop muito curtinho, me irritou as mesmas 7 notas se repetindo o tempo todo num jogo que é pra ser mais calminho e relaxante. No mais, o visual todo é beem bonito, foi isso que me atraiu pra jogar; os puzzles são bem divertidinhos e não são difíceis.
O jogo tenta contar uma historinha que fica meio sem nexo e não faz muito sentido, obviamente por ser um prólogo e pra deixar esse "mistério" pro jogo completo, mas não foi nada que me instigou a comprar o jogo, pra mim só esses minutinhos da demo foram o suficiente. É um jogo bem simbólico, nada é explicado mastigadinho pro jogador, e eu gosto muito disso, mas nesse jogo acho que não souberam fazer isso muito bem; por exemplo, nos puzzles poderiam ter mais informações soltas sobre a história , pra aí sim instigar mais você a querer descobrir o que tudo aquilo significa e como acaba.
Não acho que eu vá algum dia comprar a versão completa mesmo que eu tenha dinheiro sobrando, mas eu recomendo o prólogo por ser um jogo bem gostosinho pra passar o tempo (se você colocar outra música pra tocar), nada mais.

This prologue for When The Past Was Around , a title releasing sometime later this year, was just alright to me. The art is its best aspect, as it appears hand drawn and has a relaxed color scheme. The music is a bit repetitive, although I liked the segment that had you click on musical notes (nice change of pace for a second, though wish there was more to it). The gameplay was very simple however, and unless the full title has more complex puzzles or a stronger narrative aspect, I'm not sure how great this game can be. So far, it looks like it has potential to be above average, which is fine, but doesn't make the sneak peak stand out in any particular way. If you enjoy point-n-click titles, check this prologue out and see if you may be interested. I can Recommend due to its lack of price and easy mechanics, combined with a neat art style and above average music.
