an excellent start to the series that, while not the best, has probably the most consistent quality throughout all the cases.

Jumped into it for the first time back in, like, January(?) after beating Case of the Golden Idol, and loved the first four cases. The fifth case derailed my enthusiasm so hard that I basically stopped playing for several months, always wanting to go back. Finally got through that case, and the game overall is really good. The fifth case seems super divisive and I fall in the camp of couldn’t stand it. But the four preceding it were all super entertaining.

A fun mix of murder mystery and a bunch of quirky characters that sorta makes you forget you are solving a murder mystery or court case. Love the writing and the characters! :D
Fun to live stream if you like voice acting and reading.

3ds broke :( was on the 3rd case. will pick up again in the future.

i do not fw visual novel games normally but ace attorney is sick as fuck even though it took me a while to complete this game.

Surprisingly strong start to the series, having two cases that are contenders for best in the series, so much so that AA1 very seriously contends with the 3rd game for best in the franchise.

O único ponto fraco desse jogo são as investigações, elas são extremamente lineares e sem muita profundidade, se resume a ir e voltar lugares e conversar com qualquer um que apareça na frente. MAS EU FORTEMENTE acredito que seja assim porque é um jogo de DS e não tem muito o que fazer quanto a isso, ainda assim eu não detesto, só acho uma pequena queda

Ace Attorney is a series that I should've been playing this entire time, and I'm not at all surprised that it's as incredible as people have been saying for years. Chapters 4 and 5 have set the bar so absurdly high in terms of story, but I have so much faith that this series will continue to get even better moving forward!
