Really fun, floaty character who is very silly without breaking balance in two - unique enough without breaking the NASB1 rushdown house style, and similar easter eggs to those you'd find in Slap City. Kalos-style stage layout is great, and the aesthetic design - while perhaps a bit redundant with Sweet Dreams and Powdered Toast Trouble - is really fun.

I am very critical of games appealing to fan demand, but Hugh - as well as all of NASB's other fan demand picks (which there thankfully aren't too many of) - genuinely feels like they saw the fan demand and said "Yes, we like this idea", and didn't just add him because "Well, it's what the fans want, so we have to do it". Looking at you, Masahiro.
