I've only played the first chapter but I can tell there's not going to be much more to it so I'll leave my impressions.

I like games like this. I think this would be a great arcade game. When I saw the trailer on PSN I felt it was right up my alley. See, I'm a fan of games where you can do other stuff that isn't racing.

And this game is that.

The car controls a bit stiff. It's animated beautifully but the feedback when moving doesn't quite feel right. It could be the offset camera angle as well not sure.

I'd really like to see a sequel. I dig the art style and it'd be great to see some upgrades or car customization.

It’s kind of like a James Bond game with cars. There are voice acted cutscenes that are bombastic, exaggerating situations and you’re the badass to save the day. The gameplay is collecting points through drifting, destroying other cars and collecting objects. You have a set of health and even timers sometimes, so you can die. The are 3 chapters with a couple of missions (5?). Each mission has 5 objectives to collect intel you’ll need to unlock the final mission of each chapter. Yep, you’re forced to reply missions. I only really noticed it on the last chapter though. There are also 3 other modes. Side missions, time attack and an unknown one that requires you to complete all objectives. I didn’t give any of them a try to tell you if they’re worth experiencing.

The game is fine. It’s well made. Clearly there’s a lot of effort put into it. I just didn’t really care about all of it for some unknown reason. I was just trying to finish it and move on.
