The definition of a mid videogame. The story is whatever with probably one of the most forgettable and annoying protagonists ever made.

The best thing this game has going for it are some of the powers like Neon and Video being fun as hell to use and it being a bit refreshing to play an old style open world game even when the activities are repetitive and boring as hell.

Looking forward to First Light since it's shorter and starts a better character.
