As weird as it sounds with this game being only a few years old, I have a massive amount of nostalgia for this game. It came out at a perfect time in my life to just sink all my time into this giant game. Is it shallow in many aspects including it collectibles, gameplay, and side quests? Sure, but the game's setting and gameplay loop were engaging enough for me to complete this game even on the dated Xbox One hardware. I love this game in spite of its faults, and I look forward to when I play this game again and run through the gorgeous scenery of England and Norway in the Viking Age.
