In the running for one of my favorite all time video game remakes alongside Pokemon HGSS and REmake 1 for Gamecube.
The graphics are great, the remixed music is fantastic, and there's a lot of excellent quality of life features like quick travel, item re-management, visual indicators for timed hits, and in-battle character swapping that makes an already super fun turn and skill based JRPG even more fun and convenient.
Only flaw I can think of is it's ALOT easier to be overpowered in this game compared to the original with stuff like Triple Attacks. It's somewhat balanced by some of the post-game bosses being legit challenges.
