Titles Intended to Release on Dreamcast

When the Dreamcast ended production in 2002, titles that were meant for release on the system (at least in an official capacity), but shifted production to be reworked for PlayStation 2, Nintendo Gamecube, and Microsoft Xbox, or were released for Dreamcast in an unofficial capacity.

NOTE: These do not include reworked re-releases on other platforms, like Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, or Skies of Arcadia Legends.

NOTE: Shenmue 2 released in JP and EU for Dreamcast, but missed it's deadline for NA and released on Xbox in NA instead.

This list is missing Thief 2 and Heroes of Might and Magic III

@Hattori Like stated in the description, this was official, licensed releases. Sega cut off official support on 1/1/02, so they no longer required companies to go through them to publish on the platform. Much like Shenmue 2, it saw an JP/EU release, but cancelled the US because it was going to miss that deadline. So did the HL1 port.

@snak I have a few I'm going to go back and add. Link in the description has full sourced list. Just grabbed ones that caught my eye and I have familiarity with their backstory.
Rent a hero

@GodOfMediocrity After review, Rent-A-Hero No. 1 was only released in JP on the Dreamcast and Xbox, and was only intended to be NA released on Xbox in 2003 before that release was cancelled. So this did see it's intended releases and was never intended to be released in NA on the Dreamcast.

@AnimeCwboy Thank you for the correction, though in the year since I posted that I did eventually find that out myself lol. Still nice for anyone else to read tho.
