now this is an top-notch expansion, good new characters, lots of meaningful additions compared to the Lost and Damnnd too such as more side activities, nightclubs, weapons and vehicles, the lighthearted and absurd tone contrast pretty well with the overall darker ambience and themes that the 2 previous campaigns had.

the mission variety is also good improvement over the base GTA IV and The Lost and Damned, every mission is unique from one another and manage to kept the whole game fresh and entertaining from start to finish unlike those two where I felt burned out after a while of playing.

it wraps out GTA IV's more undeveloped story arcs very nicely too, I would say that this is an must-play if you are interested to see more about the game, one of the best DLCs ever made for sure and I miss when Rockstar invested on more of these, Undead Nightmare from Red Dead Redemption is also great.

Back in the day, I remember that everyone prefered to play the online mode of TBoGT rather than base GTA IV, because this expansion had more weapons, a new helicopter, more sport cars, and the parachute 😄

Really good memories with TBoGT, and the pause menu theme is stuck in my head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atha8XPhkuQ
