Before playing Final Fantasy X, I'd heard about people I knew about how good the game was, and, at the time, I wanted to get into the Final Fantasy series, so I played X as my starting point. Aside from a few minor problems I had with the story that popped up occasionally, I love this game's story. Tidus and Yuna's story is one of my favorite love stories of all time, and I love this party too, Auron being my favorite of the bunch (even though that's probably what a lot of people think). For a PS2 game, it also looks beautiful. I know the cutscenes are pre-rendered, but it doesn't change the fact that something like those cutscenes was made in 2001. I liked the turn-based system in this game too, along with the Sphere Grid. Beautiful game.
