Summer Vacation Experiment
A lot of times have I promised myself to beat a certain game at a certain period. I never really hold on to these promises. I kinda wanna test myself if I can beat any of the games listed below during the days between 31/7 - 7/8 (31st of July to 7th of August)
I will only have access to a Nintendo Switch.
I wish the Nintendo switch screen was a little better suited for the outdoor weather since it partially is a handheld console. A better sun-resistant screen would be a good enhancement to the system.

Today in the forenoon I completed Sonic Mania. This is a win in the experiment, since I wanted to see how many games I could complete in a set amount of time. Next up is probably either Cuphead DLC or Loud.

Completed the underwhelming ’Loud’ (2022). There isn’t much to say about the game. After that I started playing the Cuphead DLC (Delicious Last Course). That game is the opppsite of underwhelming.

I’m still uncertain as to what game is next on my list. I bought Danganronpa although I have the anniversary version via game pass. Because it’s so long I have no way to be able to complete it, but I wanted to add it to the list to make it beefier and a bit more fleshed out. Who knows, maybe I’ll continue this experiment or (rather) challenge for another vacay. Next vacay I’m aware of is the trip to Milano this Christmas. At that point I might have some leftovers from this challenge. I have yet to decide what’s next…

I went through the Nintendo Switch E-Shop and my eyes got caught of Mega Man. There is something about that series that I want to like but because of traumatising moments of Mega Man 1 & 2 I’ve have developed a distaste against it. I hope it changes and that I sometime get a chance to get a good Mega Man experience so that I maybe want to get more into the series.

The last few days were bleak in terms of how much time I spent playing games. I was busy doing other stuff and I felt kinda satisfied with what I had already accomplished.
To summarize it all:
I'm surprised that I was able to complete 3 games. Three short games. But three games nonetheless. As said before, I might continue with this challenge next time I go and have myself a vacation. The next vacay is in December, in Milano Italy.

I spontaneously bought Sonic Mania. I’ve played some Sonic as of late and I really want to get into the series. I already own Sonic Mania on the Ps4 via plus but I really wanted it on the Switch, since I feel like it’s a very handheld compatible game.
