Somehow someway, Insomniac managed to top themselves. I was expecting so much out of this game and they managed to not only live up to my expectations, but blow them out of the water. I couldnt be more pleased with the story, and the upgrades to the combat, traversal and open world were beyond my wildest dreams. I have achieved my Platinum trophy for this and I will be back at the end of the year to beat it on Ultimate with New Game Plus. Here is to hoping for some DLC stories just like the first game.

Hands down, one of my favorite story focused games of all time. I adore each character in this game. Honestly, every member of the Guardians is either better or rivals their MCU counterpart for me. I never thought this game would be as good as it turned out to be, I'm begging for a sequel.

I can now finally say that I have played Halo. After all these years, I can see now how this became an all time classic. It changed the game for shooters, and delivered a good story with one of the most iconic game characters of all time in Master Chief.

The Force Unleashed 2 is a bit of an underwhelming sequel to a classic game. It does keep the same gameplay mechanics, and even improve on them, but the story is very, very short, and the story itself is very lackluster. I left my game open for an hour or so and I still only exceeded my playtime from the first game by a few minutes.

L.A. Noire is a fascinating game to me. Its so unique in both its method of storytelling and gameplay style. The investigation aspect of this game is head and shoulders above anything else I have played. Its unlike anything. It is also a game that features a lead protagonist that is not a perfect man. He is a good, honorable cop/detective, but his past in the war and the choices he makes regarding his romantic life is questionable. It eats at him, though he tries his best to hide it.

I loved my time with this, I would love for Rockstar to give us another game in this universe. They could give us a sequel set in more modern times, which would give them all sorts of new investigations to give us in a more modern, technological world. Just think of the easter eggs and callbacks to this game Rockstar could hide in it.

Anyways, L.A. Noire is great. I'm so glad that I finally got to play it. Highly, recommend.

This is my favorite Call of Duty. I love it so much. The campaign, while not my favorite, is great and pretty innovative for Call of Duty. A branching story with different endings is a big leap for the franchise, one that unfortunately didn't stick around very long. The multiplayer is my favorite here. I have so many memories on this game, its where I met one of my longest running friends, and a game that took hours of my life. The zombies feature some iconic maps and the best gameplay to date at the time.

A small step down from MW2 but a satisfying conclusion. The story is incredible once again and the rest of the game is just as smooth as ever, if not smoother. Spec Ops takes a leap but the multiplayer is not quite as memorable.

Another banger to add to Call of Duty's hot streak. I put this close to MW2 on my list. The campaign is legendary, but not quite as good as MW2 in my opinion. The multiplayer is top tier, and the zombies is incredible. So many amazing memories on this game. It will always have a soft spot in my heart.

One of the greatest games of all time. My favorite Call of Duty campaign, picking up beautifully where CoD 4 left off, with an epic intro with an awesome Hans Zimmer score playing in the background. Everything about this game is legendary. The weapons, the story, the characters, the maps, the glitches, the insane lobbies, the brand-new bonus mode Spec Ops, and of course, No Russian. I revisit this game often, usually playing the campaign once every 2 or so years. I don't think I will ever tire of it.

A small step down from COD 4 in my opinion. It still has a really good campaign, but not one on the level of COD 4. The multiplayer was solid, carrying over much of what worked great in COD 4, but making some changes along the way. If there is one thing that this game will always be remembered for though, its the introduction of Zombies. What was originally intended to just be a fun little bonus mode, turned into one of the most popular game modes in Call of Duty and one that took the gaming community by storm.

One of the most impactful video games of all time. COD 4 took the Call of Duty franchise and modernized it. Completley changing the game and laying the groundwork for future entries.

The campaign is one of my favorites. Kicking off the original Modern Warfare trilogy, one of the greatest video game trilogies of all time in my opinion.

The Multiplayer revolutionized COD multiplayer, creating the formula that would go on to be insanely successful.
