Great finale for the Prime sub series. Metroid the robot has to get his final revenge on his evil brother, Bob (just kidding).

Starts off a little more linear that the previous entry, with lengthy action packed prologe section clearly influenced by modern FPS of that era, such as Halo or Call of Duty, with many npc interactions and a cinematic feeling. But Metroid fans, rest assured: as soon as the prologe is over, we are back to the exploration and investigation oriented gameplay this series has always been loved for.

Instead of going for a more feeling of isolation in an desolated planet, this one goes more for an epic feeling, frequetly using our ship to travel between planets and travelling throught space in order to solve this now intergalactic crisis.

This game implements motion controls very well, in both enviroment interaction and combat, so much so it feels like a prototype VR game. Speaking if combat, it has been overhauled with new moves and mechanics, such as the grapple lasso and the hyper mode, that make each battle very dynamic and extremely fun. Bosses are the best in the series too. Shooting aiming with the pointer feels like this game was always meant to be played like that.

Another of the Wii's best titles, and a proper conclussion to a beloved trilogy.
