practically a perfect step up from what came before it in nearly every way

i ended up thoroughly combing each and every zone just because finding those sweet sweet special rings is just that fun, having alternate paths to go through for zones is something that should always be a staple with this franchise and i LOOOOOOOOOVE knuckles, this game's plot is so cool and i wish hyper sonic would appear in more than one thing

Im thoroughly satisfied w/ this game and its insane how much Sega gave each of these classic sonic games their own feel and everything despite also sharing a lot
