Fun, if not a bit frustrating at times. The character design is nice and I'd honestly love to see a new entry in the series a la Blaster Master Zero, especially with Sunsoft's recent return. While it's probably not going to click with people who aren't used to a lot of the more frustrating aspects of NES games, I definitely get why the game spawned a cult following in Japanese gaming circles and would love to see more done with the IP.
