I know a lot of people hold this game in decent regard but honestly this is by far my least favorite classic game and my current second least favorite game in the Mega Man franchise only behind X7. It’s not quite as broken as that game but the game makes up for it by being one of the most excruciating experiences I’ve ever witnessed. The levels are kinda shit, the bosses are really shit, the enemy placement is cheap beyond belief, they brought back the big eyes and made them even worse, and on top of that the item drop rate is abysmal. And on top of that, no slide and NO E TANKS. I know this is the first Mega Man game on the game boy but considering this came out the same year as Mega Man 4 I expected FAR BETTER. Fuck this game.
