What I liked about this game, far more than its contemporaries, is that all of the information I needed to track to solve a puzzle was presented on the screen in front of me. I think I would have enjoyed Obra Dinn or Outer Wilds more if I'd kept a journal, whereas Golden Idol puts all the potential solutions right there at the bottom and says "Complete this jigsaw"
