I was quite looking forward to playing this. I remember seeing it in maybe an indie world direct or something, and it looked great. Lovely art style and a real nice long summer vibe to it. All of which are present and correct, but some of the story feels a little drawn out and intentionally obtuse, and some of the more interactive elements of the game feel a little clunky and basic.

Visually, it's lovely. Cutting about in the kayak and running around the watercolour French countryside is great. But I thought some of the areas were limited and maybe a bit too restricted. I guess I'd made it into a French version of Boku No Natsuyasume in my head or something and what I got was something a bit slight, with less gameplay depth, but still a lot of lovely summer vibes.

Wish I'd known it was on gamepass before I preordered it, mind.
