I have fulfilled my destiny as Dragonborn.

What a game. I hadn't necessarily put this one off, as much as I had no interest in playing it. I never got into Oblivion, despite trying a few times, so I just figured this wasn't for me. Then I saw it being played and I really dug the winter vibe. So I played it myself and almost immediately I was hooked.

I've barely played anything else for the last month. I love pretty much everything going on here. The big mountains, green fields, the aurora borealis lighting up the night sky, battering the fuck out of massive dragons, it's all really great. Despite all the killing, war, politics and moral ambiguity the game is steeped in, it's a surprisingly peaceful game, too. You can't play it as such, but there are times where you can just be walking along and enjoying the scenery and music and that just as good as some of the story and the better action stages.
