I finished the game in a single sitting, and had quite a good time. It’s an easy 3D platformer, not mindlessly so, but you are just so floaty that you can make some huuuuge jumps where you’re never really in danger. It has an interesting story that doesn’t really go anywhere special, but somehow the very last scene was still extremely poignant to me. It really shows that even with very basic writing probably intended for kids, you can still say something that resonates. The voice acting was a highlight too, mostly because it’s all so over the top in a very endearing way. It has some clunky sections, usually where you have to balance on a ball, but they still controlled well enough that I didn’t mind terribly, and checkpoints are thankfully plentiful. A nice surprise, definitely worth a spin!
