Despite the fact that you could consider this game to be the most innovative, it ends up being the worst of trilogy.
It has too many gimmick levels that just don't control right. As an example, the jet ski levels just sucked and I especially hated those. I only really liked the CoCo's hog wild levels but that was a series staple as opposed to something the game just threw out there.
However, the platforming levels are solid and are as you expect them to be. My last comment and this is something more or less shared by all the games in the trilogy, but particularly this game especially is the graphics. It's really pretty and playing it on my OLED HDR TV was spectacular.
