Nintendo Switch Sports is a worthy successor to the original game, Wii Sports, but isn’t up to snuff to Wii Sports Resort. All the sports this time around feel a lot more technical and controls way better. All your actions feel way more precise and deliberate while before it almost felt like there was a bit of luck that contributed to your success in these games. The online multiplayer is quite fun and runs great with battle-royale-bowling being a highlight. The intensity of making sure your bowling is perfect through that mode makes it a thrill once you finally win. There aren’t too many modes, so the game does feel barebones at times but as a casual game you play with friends and family, it’s still great.
