SEASON RANK: 12th
An interesting season for sure. I fucking love Spider-Man so you know I copped both of them skins but the rest of the battle pass was pretty bad honestly. The new map was a 100% improvement upon the Chapter 2 map but it still has its own flaws. Cars are still in the game so that's a bummer but the web shooters were fucking sick af and genuinely fun to use, Fortnite's web slinging may some of the best web slinging ever coded and I've played a shit load of Spider-Man games. Other than the Spider-Man stuff, there is not that much to be said about this season. Loot pool was pretty boring and the gunplay was ass. Scoped ARs and overpowered SMGs were absolutely everywhere so the pacing of the game took a dip down into the slow end but nothing too awful. Unfortunately, this season doesn't really have any character at all, what is the theme of this season? I can't figure it put for the life of me. This season barely gets kicked out of the top ten because it suffers the same issues that C2S1 did, in that the beginning of the season was a blast, but after that there was nothing to do because they barely updated this thing. Now this season wasn't nearly long as C2S1, but it definitely overstayed its welcome.
