God of War III is a bloody, over-the-top rampage of epic proportions, and that's exactly what I loved about it. You play as Kratos, a super angry Spartan dude taking on the Greek gods themself. The combat is brutal and satisfying, the set pieces are insane (seriously, fighting a giant sea monster?), and the story, while bonkers, kept me hooked. It can get repetitive at times, and some might find the constant rage a bit much, but overall, it's a wild ride for fans of Greek mythology and hack-and-slash games.
