Surgeon Simulator 2013 is ridiculous, and that's exactly why it's hilarious. Forget proper surgery, this is about fumbling around with weird controls, accidentally yeeting organs, and laughing at the pure absurdity of it all. It's frustrating at times, especially if you're actually looking for a serious sim, but if you want dumb chaotic fun with friends, it's definitely worth trying for the laughs alone.
