Turok: Evolution attempts to modernize the classic dinosaur-hunting franchise, offering a mix of first-person shooting, stealth, and occasional platforming sections. While the concept of blasting through lush jungles filled with prehistoric beasts holds appeal, the execution is often uneven. The controls can feel stiff, the level design is inconsistent, and the infamous flying sections are frustrating.
