Sonic Battle is a unique entry in the Sonic franchise, offering a fast-paced 2D fighting experience with a surprising amount of depth in its RPG-like skill system. The story is engaging, with a diverse cast of characters and plenty of fan service. However, the repetitive gameplay and occasionally frustrating difficulty spikes can detract from the overall experience.
