A master class in marrying thoughtful art design and level design. Klonoa 2 is an understated tidal wave, drowned out in a sea of voices praising other titles that took pieces of this game and executed them at a 3dB loss. Klonoa 2 isn't without a few sharp edges, but those sharp edges are a low entry fee for the timeless elements you might be able to glean from this title.
