Underrated yet super distinct game with an amazing soundtrack and gorgeous visuals. The movement isn't super great at the very beginning, but once you get a larger gravity gauge to work with and access to gravity sliding, the movement becomes much more fluid. The biggest complaints here are that the scenery loves to get in the way when you're trying to maneuver around at times (stupid lampposts and fences) and often become an annoyance when fighting enemies. Also, some of the enemies love to just barely evade your attacks to lengthen fights and there's no way to permanently target/lock on to enemies. Regardless, this is a fantastic overlooked title. It's a shame that the studio behind Gravity Rush is now defunct and the franchise doesn't appear to have much of a future anytime soon.
