Sometimes I find myself coming back to one game constantly for no other reason than it does something no other game I own does. This is a bunch of things that I'm begging other games to do with my whole heart.

In so many racing games I play a pretty sizable portion of the cars go completely unused. In this Need for Speed every single car has its own set of events made for that car. More racing games need to give you a reason to play with all the cars, it really makes me feel like I'm getting my value out of it.
I'm gonna admit it right out, I'm one of those players that has a hard time straying from whatever the most simple, effective strategy is. It's why I struggle to engage with Hitman like a lot of people; there's a ton to mess with in the sandbox but I'm just gonna end up shooting the target and walking out. Bulletstorm attaching the in-game currency to the methods you dispatch the enemies with really encouraged me to find any new "skillshots" I could so I could upgrade my guns and buy more ammo.
It's not the most robust track creator out there, but Dirt 4 allowing you to randomly generate a set of tracks to make a new championship to take on added more time to the game I appreciated. Most of the time after a racing game is over there isn't much left to do in the singleplayer. If I just want to race a bit I'm really glad this option is there.
Sort of a minor one but I think it would be cool if more customizations allowed a character's super to take on a different appearance. Both King and Lars have costumes based on two New Japan Pro Wrestling stars that change their Rage Art into one of that wrestler's signature moves, it's a really cool easter egg!
One of the more annoying things about starting a new playthrough of a game where you create your character is potentially needing to get to a certain point before you're able to get the clothes you need to get your character looking the way you want. Saints Row lets you take the character you made at any point and save the appearance in a specific "Bosses" section, which you can apply to a character whenever you want, even if it's from a different save file. You don't even need that first save file to do it, the customizations save to your profile
This might be a weird one so bear with me. I, like many others, relate to the statement "Too bad to go pro, too good to play with friends." When I pack some fighting games to play with my friends that don't play them as much as I do I like to use random select as an attempt to handicap myself somewhat. The unfortunate thing is in just about in every game random only randomizes the character, not the costume or color. Street Fighter V is pretty cool in that the color and costume can get randomized too (so long as you've bought or have unlocked any others). Really makes random as random as possible. (KOF is actually pretty good at this too, random will random your colors and if you own them/any exist in the game it'll random the costume)
This probably seems weird coming from somebody who is a lifelong wrestling fan but anything involving somebody getting hurt for real really makes me wince in a sort of empathetic pain. Knowing wrestlers train in a way to make the chance of injury as small as possible makes it better but two guys colliding at max speed in basically suits of armor makes me squeamish on occasion. I know this is mostly a "me" problem, I've gagged at seeing a dislocated finger before, but if you put ragdoll physics in your football or hockey game I can laugh at it in a sort of "cartoon slapstick" sort of way instead. And it might take the sting out of getting tackled or bodychecked instead of getting frustrated your play got canceled in a big crescendo of the same canned tackle animation you've seen 5 other times this game.
