While I will give props to the MASSIVE upgrade Winds of Change is from Major\Minor presentation wise, sadly it doesn't get much better. It starts with the writing once again, its just not good and never really peaks especially with how dumb the MC is, lots of problems could've been solved early on if they didnt have such a smooth brain but things needed to happen so w/e. At least the character writing has had an improvement, with likable to even lovable characters. Furthermore the voice acting is good, with decorated VA's chosen for the roles which gives this game more of a professional feel over the school project feel of Major\Minor.
It is also a more fleshed out game, with tons of dialogue options and side content to find, though the side content varies in quality drastically. If you play this game only for the character moments and interpersonal dialogue, you'll have a good time, if you play for an epic story with swooping narratives and twists and turns, look somewhere else.
