the apex of the need for speed franchise. it's a really bad game, but it's a really fun game; the customization is incredible, the soundtrack (barring the one song by that child rapist) is exquisite, and the handling. GOD the handling. every car feels featherlight, in the absolute best way possible. races have this energy to them that isn't felt anywhere else, and i love it so much. the rubberbanding never bothered me. the little bits of story that are there are really endearing. the game kept spinning me out for no reason in the latter half of it but i never cared because i was having so much fun. peak NFS, most wanted can go suck on my nutsack
