If you compare it to Silent Hill you're gonna left dissapointed. This game is much smaller and without daunting atmosphere. Story is your typical psychological drama without many cutsceens. For me plot was the worst part of Meduim. At least i liked puzzles and environment, sound design and especially the songs from Akira Yamaoka.

It's worth so play since the game isn't that long and SH imitators with quality like that is pretty rare these days. Just don't expect much.
