Improved greatly from the previous one in terms of mechanics and combat, fighting sequences are now more fluent and fair. It also did a great job balancing the enemy types in regards of strengths and weaknesses.

Story itself is a beauty, the dark twist on Alice in Wonderland present since American McGee's now deals with more profound, serious and grim topics that remained untouched in it's predecessor.

Level design, enemy design and art-style is top notch, this is one of the prettiest games I've played in terms of aesthetic quality. Every world you come across has its own unique style and the art direction itself gets pretty creative while utilizing the dark themes handled in the title.

I really had no complaints while playing, whenever I messed up I realized it was totally my fault and not the game's. Pretty amazing and fair experience. Solid 10/10.
